Break Up
Gorgeous day out. Overcast, but 45° and lovely. The snow is melting, the mud is drying up, the birds are singing. Spring is in the air!
I went for two walks today, first with a co-worker L. She's on her own and probably very lonely. She's being very cautious about The Virus. We talked about work stuff, and she asked me to bring her some books from the library. My second walk was with C, my usual walking partner. As it was so pleasant out, we walked twice as long as usual.
Home schooling with M. It takes up so much time and wears me out! I wish it was more interesting and not such a chore.
Broke into the jellybeans today. I'd bought them for school for Easter. Had a few handfuls. They really are nasty.
Emailed a very old friend. Hope she responds as I'm wondering how she's faring in all this. She and her hubby are the only friends that have been out here. 19 years ago. Yikes!
Wish I had something exciting to write about. I'm not bored, and the days fly by.
T bought a used snow machine. It was delivered last night and he drove it around a bit, but the snow is melting so he'll have to wait until next year to really try it out. M is super-excited about it, which somehow annoys T. Brothers!
