Friday again...

My blank calendar...

The month of April has been cancelled.

The days blur into one another. The passage of time is obvious only by the melting snow. And the frost heaves in the road. And the longer daylight: it was light at 7am when I got up this morning and it's light now at 8pm.

Worked today. Rode in with T at 7:30 and home at 12:30. The building was empty and dark for the most part. I forged ahead with a project, but wasn't able to finish it as the program was offline. But, I made progress! And it was lovely to be out of the house!

It was cooler out today and the wind was brisk. An altogether different day from yesterday, overcast and gloomy. H and M spent quite a bit of time working out in the garage. Doing what? Who knows, it's a mystery to me!

Went for a walk with C. The dogs were pesky. Kept digging into stuff sticking out of the snowbanks. Ewwww!

I made leek and butternut squash soup for dinner served with blueberry muffins. Tasty!

Day 20

Lounging in my bedroom with a digital book. The story isn't very engrossing and I keep getting distracted. Checked out a sale at an online clothing shop but can't be bothered ordering anything. I've a closet full of clothes and I'll be wearing the same dress for the next 80 days...

Sis got the letter I sent!
