Got in to work at 7:50am and immediately set to work moving the skeleton away from the front window. I don't want the kids terrified when they walk into the school! It's the first thing they'd see.

It looks good once inside the library, but...

I moved Big Blue into that space instead.

so I moved the desk here. Much better aesthetically!

Once I got the furniture squared away, I was ready to start working on books. The principal came in and said the changes were fine (he didn't really notice). My coworker N came in and chatted. For an hour! It was nice to visit. Once the new library furniture comes in, the old bookcases will go to her room.

I worked my way through the books BD, and have only about six left to go through. That frees up a few shelves so I can take books off carts. The never-ending switcheroos: moving books here and there and back again! But I'm pleased that I'm nearly finished that project.

T and I had lunch today. Picked up food at N&N and drove to the boat harbor. Couldn't see much with the foggy windows and rain. Nice to take a break and get out into the fresh air. Unfortunately 🤢. Remind me not to get food there again!

Towards the end of the work day, my back started aching. Too much yard work over the weekend, and the bending over today didn't help.

I think maybe I overdid it!

First rainy day in a while. The dusty earth needs a good drenching.
