Day 35 - The first snag
Slow Saturday. Up at 8am, microwaved a frozen monkey bread. H made coffee and cooked bacon. I went through the box of receipts trying to add up our expenses in March and April. Lots from March because I was in Anchorage. Didn't finish the list. Got distracted somewhere along the way.

I spent the day trying to clean my room. It is a disaster! I have so much stuff! All of it treasures, so hard to throw away. And with Ulla's closed, there's no where to donate stuff.
I did move the big brown shelf unit out. I'll miss the storage, but the room won't be so visually overwhelmed. I went through books and have a bag to donate. All good books, but I know I'll never read them.

C and I went up to the bike path and walked there. Met Lisa at the turn off to her road. She'd been picking up trash. We visited with her (at the correct social distance) for about 20 minutes. A few big fat drops of rain fell on us, but we hardly got wet.
Day 35
T's day to cook dinner. While he was cooking we talked to O for about an hour. The smells wafting from the kitchen were heavenly. And it tasted delicious, too.

So, what's the snag on such a quiet day? While hanging up wet laundry, my dress caught on a piece of metal. I'm so sad. Inevitable given how much I'm wearing it, but still...
